9.4 RCRR – Resource Conflict Response Record

This is the single resource conflict response Record of type RCRR for the RightsClaimConflictResponse message defined in this standard. Each such Record contained in a RightsClaimConflictResponse describes the conflicting party’s response to a single RTCR Record which was sent to it by a music licensing company in a RightsClaimConflictNotification message.
