9.3.1 Structure of the Record

This is the single resource by territory conflict Record of type RTCR, for the RightsClaimConflictNotification message defined in this standard. This Record identifies, for each rights claim conflict in respect of a single resource in a single territory, at least:

  1. The claimed resource, which can be a sound recording or a music video;

  1. The identity of the conflicting parties;

  1. The identity of any third-party facilitators, if contracted to communicate on behalf of one or more of the conflicting parties; and

  1. A description of the nature of the rights claim conflict.

 

Each such Record may also, in some cases, describe the validity period of the claim that is in conflict.
